SHIPPING TIMES

Dado que todos los productos se fabrican a medida, la preparación del pedido tarda entre 15 y 20 días laborables tras la confirmación del pago. Una vez entregado al transportista, el plazo estimado de entrega es de 48 a 72 horas laborables en España peninsular. Para Baleares, Canarias los plazos varían según el destino.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for orders delivered to mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and shown in the cart before checkout.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers generally have 14 days to cancel an order. HOWEVER, this right does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c)).

As ASFDECOR products are custom-cut graphic kits designed for specific jet ski or motorcycle models and personalised designs, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production or cutting has begun, unless the item delivered is defective or does not match the confirmed order due to an error on our part.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error by ASFDECOR, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
