SHIPPING TIMES

As all products are custom-made, order preparation takes 15-20 business days after payment confirmation. Once handed to the carrier, estimated delivery is 48-72 hours within mainland Jerez de la Frontera (España). International delivery times vary by destination.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in a promotion. Exact costs are displayed in the cart before checkout.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CUSTOM PRODUCTS EXCEPTION)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers generally have a 14-day right to cancel an order. HOWEVER, this right does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (Article 16(c)).

Since ASFDECOR products are custom-cut vinyl wraps designed for specific jet ski/motorcycle models and personalized layouts, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production or cutting has begun, unless the delivered item is defective or does not match the confirmed order due to our error.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an ASFDECOR error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
