I contacted them via Whatsapp to vinify a motorcycle. Everything was fine until I had to change the appointment due to work hours; they changed it and when I asked them how many days it would take to finish it, they never replied. Of course, in the end I didn't bring the motorcycle to be vinified on the day of the appointment, and even so, they haven't contacted me to tell me that I didn't show up for the appointment; if there was a problem, they wouldn't have even contacted me. I don't know how they do their job, but the customer service area is non-existent; it's a pretty important part if you want to keep your customers happy and well-served.

If you need anything for your business, motorcycles, or simply to decorate something for your home, don't hesitate to contact them; they are the best I've seen in a long time, an example of professionalism and good service wherever you find it, plus they have some incredible designs. You are the best ASFDECOR.
